• داشتن مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته‌های کامپیوتر یا فناوری اطلاعات.
• داشتن حداقل سه سال سابقۀ کاری در حوزه مربوطه و محیط Enterprise.
• مهارت‌های دانشی و سخت: داشتن گواهینامه بین المللی یا داخلی CCNA R&S ،CCNP R&S ،CCNP Security.
• مسلط به مفاهیم شبکه، پروتکل‌ها (IPSEC ،HSRP ،BGP ،OSPF ،802.11 ،QoS).
• مسلط به تجهیزات شبکه سیسکو شامل روتر، سوئیچ، تجهیزات WiFi.
• آشنایی کافی با مفاهیم، تجهیزات و نرم افزارهای امنیت شبکه.
• آشنایی کافی با نرم‌افزارهای مانیتورینگ، مدیریت، گزارش‌گیری و Network Diagnostic.
• روحیه کار گروهی.
• داشتن انضباط اداری مناسب کار در محیط دولتی.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی.

نصب، راه‌اندازی، پشتیبانی و رفع خطای تجهیزات شبکه سیسکو شامل سوئیچ، روتر و دستگاه‌های Wifi.نصب، راه‌اندازی، رفع عیب و تنظیمات تجهیزات و نرم‌افزارهای امنیت شبکه مثل فایروال، سیستم‌های پیشگیری از نفوذ، کنترل دسترسی به شبکه و Email Security.مستندسازی تنظیمات شبکه و امنیت.حفظ دسترسی پذیری و قابلیت اطمینان شبکه مطابق SLA.پشتیبانی و راهبری زیرساخت شبکه سازمان و مرکز داده، شامل ارتباطات شبکه و دسترسی اینترنت.رفع خطاهای مرتبط به شبکه که از سایر واحدهای فناوری اطلاعات گزارش می‌شود.پایش و نظارت بر عملکرد تجهیزات و سرویس‌های شبکه.استفاده از ابزارهای مدیریت و گزارش‌گیری شبکه.

• Having a bachelor's degree or higher in computer or information technology.
• Having at least three years of work experience in the relevant field and Enterprise environment.
• Knowledge and hard skills: having an international or domestic certificate CCNA R&S, CCNP R&S, CCNP Security.
• Proficient in network concepts, protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11 , QoS).
• Proficient in Cisco network equipment including router, switch, WiFi equipment.
• Sufficient familiarity with network security concepts, equipment and software.
• Sufficient familiarity with monitoring, management, reporting and Network Diagnostic software.
