*مسئولیت‌ها:

• تولید لید به‌صورت خوداتکا (lead generation) و تماس‌های خروجی (cold & warm calling).
• این موقعیت شامل جذب و پیگیری لیدهای جدید، برگزاری جلسات با مشتریان بالقوه و ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق از نتایج جلسات است.
• برگزاری جلسات و ارسال گزارش مکتوب از خروجی جلسه به تیم و مدیران.
• پاسخگویی به تماس‌ها/پیام‌های لید ها (تلفن، ایمیل، واتس‌اپ).
• مدیریت و بروزرسانی CRM (ثبت تماس‌ها، وضعیت لید).
• هماهنگی رزرو/وقت‌دهی و پیگیری حضور مشتریان.
• همکاری با تیم بازاریابی برای بهینه‌سازی پیام‌ها و کمپین‌ها.
• رعایت KPIهای تعیین‌شده (تعداد تماس، نرخ تبدیل).
• همکاری با تیم برای تولید محتوا ویدیویی در صورت نیاز
• ساعات کاری و گزارش‌دهی: دوشنبه تا جمعه، 09:00 تا 17:00 (یک ساعت نهار). ثبت تایم‌شیت و گزارش روزانه الزامی است.
• محل کار: حضور در شرکت 2 روز در هفته و بقیه روزهای به صورت آنلاین (پاسخگویی از منزل، حضور آنلاین لازم)
• نوع قرارداد: تمام‌وقت

*شرایط و مهارت‌های لازم:

• ترجیحاً خانم (برای هماهنگی بهتر با پروفایل مشتریان).
• تسلط به زبان انگلیسی در سطح بومی (native-level fluency).
• سابقهٔ کار در فروش و/یا پشتیبانی مشتری (حداقل 3 سال) — ارائه نمونه‌کار یا تجربه مشابه الزامی.
• مهارت قوی در مذاکره، حل اعتراض (objection handling) و مدیریت ارتباط با مشتری.
• تجربه کار با CRM و ابزارهای آنلاین (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Business).
• تعهد به ساعات کاری و ارسال گزارش روزانه.
• شخصیت مسئولیت‌پذیر، دقیق و دارای مهارت ارتباطی بالا.
• توانایی در ساخت پروپوزال

Job title: Marketing and Sales Expert (Sales) — Full-Time
Workplace: presence in the company 2 days a week and the rest of the days online (answering from home, online presence required)

Type of contract: full time

Working and reporting hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 (one hour lunch). Registration of time sheet and daily report is required.


About the role
We are looking for a person to assume the role of sales and marketing (Sales). This means:
attracting and following up new leads,
holding meetings with leads, preparing and presenting meeting output reports,

Responsibilities:
lead generation and outgoing calls (cold & warm calling).
holding meetings and sending written reports of meeting results to the team and managers. app).
CRM management and update (call registration, lead status).
Coordinating booking/appointment and tracking customer attendance.
Cooperation with the marketing team to optimize messages and campaigns.
Complying with the set KPIs (number of calls, conversion rate).
Cooperation with the team to produce video content if needed clients).
Native-level fluency in English.
Experience in sales and/or customer support (minimum 3 years) — providing a work sample or similar experience required.
Strong skills in negotiation, objection handling and customer relationship management.
Experience with CRM and online tools (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Business).
Commitment to working hours and submitting daily reports. High communication skills.
Ability to make proposals
