شرح شغل:

• برقراری ارتباطات موثر با مشتریان جدید و موجود.
• شناسایی و تحلیل نیازهای مشتریان و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب.
• مذاکره و نهایی‌سازی قراردادهای فروش.
• مدیریت و پیگیری فرآیند فروش از آغاز تا پایان.
• بهبود تجربیات مشتری با ارائه خدمات پس از فروش.
• همکاری با تیم فنی و توسعه برای افزایش رضایت مشتریان.

شرایط احراز:

• شناخت مشتریان بالقوه.
• شناخت و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از بازارهای هدف.
• شناخت و آگاهی کامل نسبت به محصولات خود و سایر رقبا.
• توانایی درک نیاز مشتری و پیشنهاد محصولات متناسب با نیاز آنان.
• مسلط به اصول و فنون مذاکره.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر و کار تیمی.
• دارای انگیزه و هدفمند در دستیابی به اهداف فروش.

Job Description:

Establish effective communication with new and existing customers.
Identify and analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate and finalize sales contracts.
Manage and follow up on the sales process from start to finish.
Improve customer experiences by providing after-sales service.
Collaborate with the technical and development team to increase customer satisfaction.
