- Collaborating closely with the sales team to provide essential support and information needed for successful customer interactions.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or a closely related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales operations (food & beverage market experience is preferred).
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- A good team player with strong communication skills.
- Analytical thinking with an innovative point of view and high problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and stress.
- Willing to take initiative and responsibility.
