مدرک تحصیلی:
- تجربه ثابت شده با gmp در یک صنعت داروسازی یا مرتبط.
- درک قوی از تضمین کیفیت و استانداردهای ehs. بهبود مستمر فرهنگ و فرهنگ.

Your new role
As a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Associate at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Oversee the alignment of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and practical procedures in warehouse and business support processes, identifying gaps and driving improvements.
- Manage training initiatives on GMP principles, ensuring all personnel are updated and assigned necessary training sessions.
- Address potential deviations and change requests, ensuring thorough investigation and implementation of corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain document integrity by updating and assessing documentation according to GMP principles and quality standards.
- Implement risk-based assessments and coordinate efforts to mitigate identified risks, while promoting a quality-focused culture within the department.
Your new department
You will be part of the Business Support and Warehouse team at Novo Nordisk pars. Our department is dedicated to ensuring quality processes and systems that meet regulatory requirements and organizational standards. We focus on standardization, digitalization, and simplification of processes while providing training and support to quality processes within the Quality Management System (QMS). Located in Karaj/Iran, our local manufacturing team is collaborative, dynamic, and committed to delivering excellence in quality management.
Your skills & qualifications
- Master’s degree in chemical engineering or food Processing Field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a GMP Associate role or Quality assurance. Experience in Quality assurance in a pharmaceutical company is a plus.
- Strong EHS, GMP, Quality, and cLEAN mind-set, along with effective time, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, multitask effectively, and maintain a big-picture overview while managing critical processes.
- Strong command of the English language is essential.
