شرح شغل:

• تدریس زبان انگلیسی به کودکان در محیطی فعال و خلاقانه.
• ایجاد و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی جالب و تعاملی.
• پیگیری پیشرفت هر یک از دانش‌آموزان و ارائه گزارش به والدین و مدیران.
• همکاری با سایر معلمان برای بهبود روش‌های آموزشی و تبادل تجربیات.
• برقراری محیطی امن و دوست‌داشتنی برای یادگیری.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری در محیط‌های آموزشی کودکان.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی عالی و توانایی ایجاد روابط مثبت با دانش‌آموزان.
• صبر و تحمل و تعهد به رشد و پیشرفت کودکان.

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that meet the educational goals of the kindergarten.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including storytelling, songs, and games, to make learning engaging.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their language skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve curricular resources.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students’ progress and any concerns.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events to contribute to the kindergarten community.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
• Creative, patient, and adaptable to different learning styles.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student development and learning.
