As a Product Manager, you own the roadmap of products defined in related areas and hold the responsibilities stated below:Responsibilities:Define the product vision, strategy, and guide the Agile development teams throughout the product lifecycle.Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Prioritize product features and requirements based on value and alignment with company strategies.Collaborate with development, quality assurance, and UX teams to ensure products meet customer needs and business goals.Oversee the end-to-end product development process, ensuring successful delivery.Analyze customer needs and design product features to address those needs.Lead change management activities and improve internal product management processes and tools.Monitor product performance and analyze metrics to refine product strategies and processes.Requirements:Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Supply Chain (MA/BA/BS).At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably with operational products.Proven experience in leading product development from start to finish.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple features concurrently.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Strong leadership capabilities with experience in mentoring junior team members.Passion for technology and staying updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
