Senior UI/UX Designer

UX Writer (Remote)

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic UX Writer to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating clear, concise, and user-friendly content for digital interfaces. Your work will focus on improving the user experience by ensuring that language effectively guides users through our digital products. Collaboration, user-centered design, and the seamless integration of UX writing are at the heart of our approach.

Responsibilities:

-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine user-centered content strategies that align with business objectives.
-   Craft and edit clear, concise, and engaging copy for digital interfaces, including microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and other user interface elements.
-   Conduct user research and A/B testing to inform content decisions, ensuring that copy aligns with user needs and enhances the overall experience.
 -  Develop and maintain a content style guide to ensure consistency across all digital platforms and touchpoints.
-   Work closely with designers and developers to integrate content seamlessly with visual and functional elements of digital platforms.
 -  Use feedback and analytics to continuously optimize content for clarity, effectiveness, and user satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements:

 -  A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX writing, ideally within a user-centered design process.
-   Exceptional writing and editing skills with excellent command of American English.
-  Proficiency in design tools like Figma for creating and editing UX content.
-  Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
-  Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
 - Strong foundation in content strategy and user research methodologies.
-  A portfolio showcasing diverse UX writing projects across various platforms.
 - Familiarity with SEO principles as they apply to UX writing.
- Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends and advancements in UX design.
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively communicate with developers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Self-motivated and autonomous.
