Designing and improving knowledge management processes with the aim of improving access to information
Analyzing and managing knowledge databases using specialized tools

preparing reports and management dashboards to analyze the status of organizational knowledge

Certification conditions:
Familiarity with needs assessment, compilation and updating of knowledge management system
Familiarity with culture building in the field of knowledge management
Familiarity with processes and specialized tools for document management
Identification Opportunities and improvement of processes for the growth of knowledge management
Familiarity with knowledge management system, KM systems, processes and systems
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence, ISLO and ITIL standards and business processes Work and experience in the IT field is an advantage.
