شرح شغل:

• مدیریت و نظارت بر فرآیندهای تولیدی و اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای کیفی و بهداشتی.
• هماهنگی با بخش‌های مختلف تولید برای بهینه‌سازی استفاده از منابع و تجهیزات.
• شناسایی و حل مشکلات تولیدی و ارایه راهکارهایی برای بهبود مستمر فرآیندها.
• آموزش و راهنمایی کارکنان تولید و ارتقاء سطح مهارت‌های شغلی آن‌ها.
• ارزیابی عملکرد تولید و تنظیم گزارش‌های دوره‌ای برای مدیریت.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع غذایی.
• تجربه در حوزه مدیریت تولید و خدمات مرتبط.
• توانایی مدیریت و هماهنگی تیم‌های تولیدی.
• مهارت در حل مسائل و تفکر انتقادی.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای کیفی و بهداشتی.
