• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته شیمی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• سابقه کار مفید در حوزه هیدروکربن و مشتقات نفتی.
• مسلط به حلال‌های نفتی و هیدروکربن.
• مسلط به امور آزمایشگاهی هیدروکربن‌ها.
• مسلط به امور بلندینگ و محلول‌سازی ترکیبات و مشتقات نفتی.
• تخصص لازم در زمینه تولید هیدروکربن.
• تخصص لازم در زمینه فرآورده‌ها و مشتقات نفتی.
• متخصص به امور استانداردسازی فرآیندهای تولید.
• آشنایی با مایکروسافت آفیس به ویژه اکسل.
• سخت‌کوش و پرتلاش.
• روحیه همکاری بالا.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات اجتماعی قوی.
• ظاهری آراسته.
• دقیق و منظم و مسئولیت‌پذیر.
