خلاصه کار:
ما به دنبال یک مربی پرشور ، دلسوز و خلاق کودک هستیم. شما مسئولیت ایجاد یک محیط ایمن و پرورش دهنده را بر عهده خواهید داشت که زبان آموزان (2-6 ساله) بتوانند مهارت های زبان ، اجتماعی ، عاطفی و شناختی خود را از طریق یادگیری مبتنی بر بازی و پرس و جو-که به زبان انگلیسی ، رشد داده و پیشرفت کنند.
مسئولیت های کلیدی:
فعالیتهای درسی مناسب سن کلاس خود را به زبان انگلیسی بر اساس برنامه درسی داده شده توسط سوپروایزر برنامه ریزی و اجرا کنید
پیدا کردن فعالیت های جذاب
ایجاد یک محیط گرم و فراگیر را که هر کودک احساس ارزشمندی می کند
نظارت بر پیشرفت کودکان و گزارش به طور مرتب به سوپروایزر
توجه و تمرین روی رشد اجتماعی و عاطفی کودکان
از ایمنی و پاکیزگی محیط کلاس اطمینان حاصل کنید
در جلسات تیمی و رویدادهای مهد کودک شرکت کنید
✅ صلاحیت ها و الزامات:
آموزش:
مدرک لیسانس در آموزش و پرورش ، آموزش ، رشد کودک ، روانشناسی ، ELT ، ترجمه انگلیسی یا یک زمینه مرتبط
صدور گواهینامه TEFL/TESOL/TEYL/IELTS/TKT/FCE (اگر انگلیسی زبان مادری شما نیست ، اجباری است)
مونتسوری ، رگیو امیلیا یا آموزش والدورف (ترجیح داده شده اما مورد نیاز نیست)
تجربه حرفه ای:
حداقل 1 سال تجربه کار در مهد کودک (ترجیحاً انگلیسی زبان)
تجربه مدیریت کلاس در محیط های چند فرهنگی

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and creative early childhood educator to join our English-speaking kindergarten team. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young learners (ages 2–6) can explore, grow, and develop their language, social, emotional, and cognitive skills through play-based and inquiry-driven learning—entirely in English.

- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans in English based on the given syllabus by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, Child Development, Psychology, ELT, English Translation, or a related field.
- TEFL/TESOL/TEYL/IELTS/TKT/FCE certification (mandatory if English is not your native language).
- Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or Waldorf training (preferred but not required).
Professional Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kindergarten or early years setting (preferably English-speaking).
- Experience in classroom management in multicultural environments.
