Description of duties and responsibilities:
Continuous communication with business subgroup managers and product managers and interaction with them for the growth of business sales in the regions, establishing communication between our business team and the sales executive team in the branch.
Providing proposals for development projects in coordination with the central business development manager in order to grow business sales in the regions.
Conduct weekly product knowledge training sessions for sales teams, focusing on new and lesser known products along with product testing.
Introducing the plans and projects of our unit to the sales team and answering questions and doubts with the aim of successful implementation and realizing the goals of the plans and projects.
Visiting the market to identify opportunities for growth and development of sales in all lines.
Sampling new products for consumers at points of sale, including selecting points, ordering samples, training samplers, and supervising the work of samplers during implementation.
Controlling and monitoring the realization of sales goals in our products in all sales lines.
Qualifying conditions:
Ability to persuade and negotiate with the sales team.
Teamwork spirit.
Ability to analyze information and have high problem solving ability.
Ability to implement shoppermarketing program.
