زمین‌شناس ارشد عملیات | Senior Operations Geologist

ارائه پشتیبانی زمین‌شناسی حیاتی و تضمین کیفیت برای عملیات حفاری. مسئولیت کلیه جنبه‌های زمین‌شناسی چاه، پیش‌بینی فشار منفذی، ژئواستیرینگ و اطمینان از اجرای ایمن و کارآمد برنامه‌های حفاری. این نقش برای بهینه‌سازی موقعیت‌یابی چاه، کاهش ریسک‌های زمین‌شناسی و دستیابی به اهداف کلیدی اکتشاف و توسعه ضروری است.

• برنامه‌ریزی چاه و اقدامات پیش از کار:
-ادغام داده‌های لرزه‌ای، چاه‌های مجاور و داده‌های زمین‌شناسی جهت توسعه مدل‌های فشار منفذی و گرادیان شکست (PPFG) (اختیاری).
-مشارکت در طراحی چاه، انتخاب نقطه لوله جداری و برنامه‌ریزی وزن گل.
-تهیه برنامه‌های جامع ارزیابی سازند (FE) و پیش‌بینی چاه (Wellbore Prognosis).
-تعیین و ارزیابی نیازهای LWD، MWD، Wireline و گل‌نگاری.

• پشتیبانی عملیات در زمان واقعی:
-ارائه پشتیبانی زمین‌شناسی 24/7 به‌صورت حضوری یا از راه دور برای عملیات حفاری.
-پایش و تفسیر داده‌های LWD و WL در زمان واقعی، توصیف نمونه‌های برش و داده‌های گاز.
-انجام ارزیابی دقیق سازند و پایش فشار منفذی برای اطمینان از پایداری چاه.
-ارائه توصیه‌های حیاتی و به‌موقع به تیم حفاری در خصوص نقاط مغزه‌گیری، نقاط جداری و تصمیمات TD.

• ژئواستیرینگ (اختیاری):
-هدایت عملیات ژئواستیرینگ در چاه‌های افقی و پیچیده برای بیشینه‌سازی تماس با مخزن.
-به‌روزرسانی مدل‌های زمین‌شناسی در زمان واقعی و همکاری با مهندسان مخزن جهت بهینه‌سازی مکان‌یابی چاه.

• نظارت بر زمین‌شناسی در محل چاه:
-مدیریت و هدایت زمین‌شناسان چاه و پیمانکاران G&G.
-اطمینان از بالاترین استانداردهای برداشت داده (مغزه‌گیری، مغزه‌گیری جانبی، لاگ‌گیری سیمی) و کنترل کیفیت.

• گزارش‌دهی و مستندسازی:
-تهیه گزارش‌های روزانه و نهایی زمین‌شناسی و تحلیل‌های پس از حفاری همراه با درس‌آموخته‌ها.
-نگهداری سوابق دقیق از تمامی عملیات زمین‌شناسی و داده‌ها.
-گزارش و انتقال داده‌های تفسیری به گروه‌های علوم زمین و حفاری.

• ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط زیست (HSE) و انطباق:
-رعایت تمامی سیاست‌های HSE شرکت.
-اطمینان از انجام تمامی عملیات زمین‌شناسی به‌صورت ایمن و مطابق مقررات.

To provide critical geological support and assurance for the drilling operations. Responsible for all aspects of wellsite geology, pore pressure prediction, geosteering, and ensuring the safe and efficient execution of drilling programs. This role is essential for maximizing wellbore placement, mitigating geological risks, and achieving key exploration and development objectives.

•Well Planning & Pre-Work:
-Integrate seismic, offset well, and geological data to develop robust pore pressure and fracture gradient (PPFG) models (Optional).
-Contribute to well design, casing point selection, and mud weight planning.
-Prepare detailed Formation Evaluation Plans (FE) and Wellbore Prognosis documents.
-Specify and evaluate logging-while-drilling (LWD), measurement-while-drilling (MWD), Wireline and mudlogging requirements.

•Real-Time Operations Support:
-Provide 24/7 remote or on-site geological support for drilling operations.
-Monitor and interpret real-time LWD and WL data, cuttings descriptions, and gas data.
-Perform detailed formation evaluation and pore pressure monitoring to ensure wellbore stability.
-Make critical, timely recommendations to the Drilling team regarding coring points, casing points, and TD decisions.

•Geosteering (Optional):
-Lead geosteering operations for horizontal and complex wells to maximize reservoir contact.
-Update geological models in real-time and collaborate with reservoir engineers to optimize well placement.

•Wellsite Geology Supervision:
-Manage and mentor Wellsite Geologists and G&G contractors.
-Ensure the highest standards of data acquisition (coring, sidewall coring, wireline logging) and quality control.

•Reporting & Documentation:
-Prepare Daily and Final Geological Reports and post-well analysis, capturing lessons learned.
-Maintain accurate records of all geological operations and data.
-Report and communicate interpreted data to Geosciences and Drilling groups

•HSE & Compliance:
-Following all company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
-Ensure all geological operations are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.
