شرکت صنایع غذایی گیلانی به دنبال جذب یک مهندس فروش ماهر و باانگیزه برای تقویت تیم فروش خود در تهران است.

شرح شغل:

• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش برای دستیابی به اهداف فروش.
• بررسی داده‌های فروش و تحلیل برای شناسایی الگوهای موجود.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای هماهنگی و اجرای کمپین‌های فروش.
• جمع‌آوری بازخورد مشتریان و ارائه گزارش‌های مرتب به مدیریت.
• بررسی و تحلیل روند بازار و رقبا برای شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید.
• ارائه پیشنهادات بهبود و نوآوری در فرآیندهای فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک دانشگاهی در یکی از رشته‌های مهندسی، مدیریت یا بازاریابی مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
• تجربه کاری در زمینه فروش یا مهندسی فروش.
• توانایی تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های کسب‌وکار.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط با فروش و تکنولوژی‌های اطلاعاتی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزار CRM و تسلط کامل به مایکروسافت آفیس.
