شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی با 5 سال سابقه کار در این زمینه.
• تسلط کامل به سامانه‌های مربوط به سامانه مودیان مالیاتی، سامانه جامع تجارت کالا و سامانه جامع انبار.
• تسلط کامل به فرایندهای بازرگانی خارجی مانند ترم‌های قراردادی، تحویل و ارسال.
• تسلط کامل به نحوه و چگونگی استفاده از LC، اسناد و مدارک مورد نیاز LC و سایر موارد مرتبط.
• مسلط به مکالمه و نگارش به زبان انگلیسی.
• تسلط کامل به مکاتبات بازرگانی بین‌المللی و توانایی تحلیل اطلاعات مرتبط.
• مسلط به استفاده از زبان بدن.
• هوش هیجانی بالا به منظور استفاده از فرصت‌ها و تصمیم‌گیری سریع و چالاک به منظور بهبود عملکرد در خرید.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر و روابط عمومی بالا.
• قدرت تصمیم‌گیری و رهبری نفرات تحت پوشش.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم سیستم‌های مدیریتی.
• آشنایی با کامپیوتر و ICDL.
• توانایی تیم‌سازی.
• تسلط کامل به اصول و فنون مذاکره.
• تسلط کامل به آیین‌نامه‌ها و مقررات مرتبط با فعالیت خود.
• توانایی گزارش‌نویسی مدیریتی.
• مسلط به مکاتبات اداری و آیین نگارش حرفه‌ای بابت شرکت‌های خارجی بابت واردات و صادرات.
