شرح شغل:

• مدیریت فرآیند خرید و فروش و تجارت خارجی.
• ثبت سفارش و کار با سامانه جامع تجارت.
• پیگیری امور گمرک و مدیریت تعهدات ارزی.
• بررسی و انتخاب منابع و تامین‌کنندگان بین‌المللی.
• همکاری با تیم داخلی برای بهبود فرآیندها.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک در رشته مدیریت بازرگانی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• آشنایی با فرآیند خرید و فروش و تجارت خارجی.    
• آشنایی با فرآیند ثبت سفارش و کاربری سامانه جامع تجارت.    
• آشنایی با امور مربوط به گمرک، رفع تعهد ارزی و امور بانکی مرتبط با تجارت بین‌الملل.    
• آشنایی با فرآیند پیدا کردن منابع و تامین‌کنندگان بین‌المللی.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• فعال و پر انرژی.
• روابط عمومی مناسب.
• قابلیت افزایش یادگیری سریع.

• Assist in managing purchase and sales processes related to foreign trade.
• Support order registration and operate within comprehensive trade systems.
• Coordinate customs tasks, currency obligation fulfillment, and international trade banking activities.
• Research and identify international suppliers and sources.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operation.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with the processes of purchasing, sales, and foreign trade.
• Experience with order registration and using comprehensive trade systems.
• Understanding customs procedures and related banking activities.
• Proficiency in finding international sourcing and suppliers.
• Ability to work in teams, with a proactive and energetic approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English.
