مدیر کارخانه | Factory Manager

1- همکاری و مشارکت در تدوین اهداف کلان سازمان و برنامه های راهبردی
2- تعیین اهداف اجرایی کارخانه بر اساس اهداف سازمان با همکاری مدیران زیر مجموعه و ارائه برنامه کوتاه مدت و مشخص نمودن نتایج
3- نظارت بر اجرای برنامه های منطبق بر اهداف کلان و راهبردها
4- اطمینان از اثربخشی و کارایی فرآیند ها منطبق با شاخصهای فرایندهای تعیین شده
5- نظارت برعملکرد واحدهای تولید، برنامه ریزی تولید، انبار، تعمیر و نگهداری
6- شناسایی و تحلیل مشکلات در حوزه ی عملیات کارخانه، رفع توقفات تولید و ارائه راهکار و تصمیم گیری جهت بهبود آن
