ماموریت شما در شرکت زرین رویا تحلیل، طراحی، تنظیم، پیادهسازی و پشتیبانی از راهکارهای سیستمی در جهت مرتفع نمودن نیازمندیهای حوزه منابع انسانی و اشاعه فرهنگ فرایندمحور در سازمان است.
وظایف و مسئولیتها:
اجرا و کنترل پروژههای مرتبط به راهکارهای ERP در حوزه منابع انسانی.
شناخت روشها، شناسایی نیازها و امکانسنجی جهت پیادهسازی در سیستم در حوزه منابع انسانی.
انجام تجزیهوتحلیل سازمان و طراحی فرایندها و مدلهای آنها با ارزیابی مدل کسبوکار و ارتباط آن با فناوری اطلاعات.
انجام تستهای فنی مرتبط با راهکارهای ERP در حوزههای منابع انسانی.
پیشبرد فرایندهای بین ماژولی از طریق دریافت اطلاعات و تحلیل داده.
ایجاد، تغییر و مدیریت دسترسیهای کاربران در نرمافزارهای مرتبط با منابع انسانی.
تهیه، تدوین و ارائه بهموقع مستندات و مدارک مرتبط با پروژههای سیستمی حوزه منابع انسانی.
پشتیبانی از سیستمها و فرایندهای اجرایی در حوزه منابع انسانی جهت اطمینان از ثبت صحیح اطلاعات و تراکنشها.
شناسایی خطاهای کاربری و مشکلات فرایندی و رفع آنها بهصورت مؤثر.
شناسایی گزارشات موردنیاز سیستم SAP و مشارکت در تهیه، تحلیل و اطمینان از صحت عملکرد.
مشارکت در طراحی، اجرا و تست گزارشات مدیریتی و داشبوردهای هوش تجاری.
حفظ دانش روز در مورد آخرین توسعه نرمافزار SAP حوزه منابع انسانی.
آموزش کاربران در موضوعات مرتبط با فرایندهای کاری و نرمافزاری حوزه منابع انسانی.
شایستگیها و شرایط احراز:
تسلط به انجام تنظیمات (Customize) ماژولهای Time ،OM ،PA و Payroll
تسلط به طراحی و تحلیل اسکیماها و فرمولنویسی قوانین مرتبط با ماژولهای Time و Payroll

Your mission at Zarin Roya Company is to analyze, design, adjust, implement and support system solutions in order to meet the requirements of human resources and spread a process-oriented culture in the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Implementation and control of projects related to ERP solutions in the field of human resources.
Knowledge of methods, identification of needs and feasibility for implementation in the system in the field of human resources.
Analyzing the organization and designing their processes and models by evaluating the business model and its relationship with information technology.
Performing technical tests related to ERP solutions in human resources areas.
Advancing inter-module processes through receiving information and data analysis.
Creating, changing and managing user access in software related to human resources.
Preparing, compiling and providing timely documents and documents related to system projects in the field of human resources.
Supporting systems and executive processes in the field of human resources to ensure correct registration of information and transactions.
Identifying user errors and process problems and solving them effectively.
Identifying the required reports of the SAP system and participating in preparing, analyzing and ensuring the correctness of the performance.
Participation in the design, implementation and testing of management reports and business intelligence dashboards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest human resource SAP software developments.
Training users in topics related to work processes and software in the field of human resources.
Qualifications and conditions:
Mastering the customization of Time, OM, PA and Payroll modules
Mastery in designing and analyzing schemas and formulating rules related to Time and Payroll modules
