کارشناس ارشد فروش فنی | Senior Technical Sales Expert

ما به دنبال یک فرد حرفه‌ای و فنی با تجربه در صنعت داروسازی هستیم که توانایی تحلیل نیازهای مشتری، ارائه راهکارهای فنی و پشتیبانی فنی در طول فرآیند فروش را داشته باشد. این نقش نیازمند درک قوی از فرآیندهای بالادستی و پایین‌دستی در تولید داروهای بیولوژیک است.

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• تحلیل نیازهای فنی مشتریان دارویی و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب.
• ارائه مشاوره و پشتیبانی فنی در انتخاب محصولات یا تکنولوژی‌ها.
• حضور در جلسات فنی با مشتریان و بازدید از سایت‌های تولیدی.
• تهیه مستندات فنی مرتبط با محصولات و فرآیندها.
• ارائه پشتیبانی فنی مستمر در طول فرآیند فروش.
• همکاری فعال با تیم‌های فنی شرکت‌های دارویی.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های داروسازی، بیوتکنولوژی، شیمی، میکروبیولوژی یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل 2 سال تجربه در تولید، تحقیق و توسعه (R&D) یا کنترل کیفیت در شرکت‌های دارویی.
• درک قوی از فرآیندهای بالادستی و پایین‌دستی در تولید داروهای بیولوژیک.
• توانایی تهیه و ارائه محتوای فنی.
• آشنایی به زبان انگلیسی (خواندن متون فنی و ارتباط کتبی).
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی، توانایی کار تیمی و تعامل با دیگران.

Objective of The Role:

We are looking for a technically skilled and experienced professional from the pharmaceutical industry, capable of analyzing customer needs, offering technical solutions, and providing technical support throughout the sales process. This role requires a solid understanding of upstream and downstream processes in the production of biologic drugs.

List of Responsibilities:

• Analyze the technical needs of pharmaceutical clients and provide appropriate solutions.
• Offer technical consultation and support in product or technology selection.
• Participate in technical meetings with clients and conduct site visits.
• Prepare technical documentation related to products and processes.
• Provide ongoing technical support during the sales process.
• Active collaboration with the technical teams of pharmaceutical companies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in production, R&D, or quality control in pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong understanding of upstream and downstream processes in biologic drug production.
• Ability to prepare and present technical content.
• Good command of English (reading technical content and written communication).
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically for client visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical experience with pharmaceutical companies.
• Hands-on involvement in biotech or formulation production projects.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations.

Cooperation Conditions:

• Reporting to: Domestic Trade Manager.
• Probation period: 1 month.
• Working hours: 8:00 to 17:00.

• Gross monthly base salary: 45 to 65.
