کارشناس بازرگانی (امور مناقصات و فروش سازمانی) | Commercial Expert (Tender and B2B Sales)

شرکت کاراتلکام که در صنعت فناوری اطلاعات و مخابرات فعالیت می‌کند به دنبال جذب یک کارشناس بازرگانی (امور مناقصات و فروش سازمانی) برای پیوستن به تیم خود در تهران است. این نقش در دسته بازرگانی داخلی قرار دارد و شامل فعالیت‌های کلیدی در حوزه امور مناقصات و افزایش فروش سازمانی می‌باشد.

شرح شغل:

• شناسایی و تحلیل فرصت‌های مناقصاتی جدید.
• تهیه و تنظیم اسناد مناقصات و پیشنهادات برای مشتریان.
• برقراری ارتباط و هماهنگی با مشتریان و ذینفعان مرتبط.
• پیگیری روند مناقصات و فروش تا مرحله عقد قرارداد.
• توسعه و نگه‌داری از روابط تجاری با مشتریان موجود و جدید.
• جمع‌آوری و تحلیل اطلاعات بازار و رقبا به منظور بهبود استراتژی‌های فروش.
• گزارش‌دهی منظم از فعالیت‌ها و نتایج به مدیران مربوطه.

شرایط احراز:

• دارای مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، مهندسی الکترونیک یا فناوری اطلاعات.
• مسلط به مهارت‌های ICDL و CRM.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات موثر و کار تیمی.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه بازاریابی، فروش یا امور مناقصات.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و اطلاعات بازار.

Karateloc, which works in the ICT industry, is seeking to attract a business expert (bidding and organizational sales) to join its team in Tehran. This role is in the category of domestic business and includes key activities in the field of bidding and increased organizational sales.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze new tender opportunities
Setting Bidding Documents and Suggestions for Customers
- Relationship and Coordination with Related Customers and Stakeholders
- Follow Bidding and Sales to Contract Stage
- Develop and maintain business relationships with existing and new customers
- Collecting and analyzing market and competitors' information to improve sales strategies
- Regular reporting on activities and results to relevant managers

Competences:
- have a degree in disciplines Management, Business or Electronic Engineering or Information Technology
- fluent in ICDL and CRM
- ability to communicate effectively and teamwork
- with relevant work experience in the field of marketing, sales or tender
- Ability to analyze data and market information
