• محدوده سنی: 30 تا 45 سال.
• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های حسابداری یا مدیریت.
• پنج تا ده سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار راهکاران سیستم.
• دارای انضباط کاری و توانمند در کار گروهی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و پیگیری.
• مسلط به چرخه حسابداری صنعتی.
• مسلط به حسابداری خرید و تعیین ارزش موجودی کالا.
• مسلط به ریالی نمودن اسناد و کنترل با سیستم انبار.
• مسلط به امور انبارها و موجودی کالا.
• مسلط به پیش‌بینی بهای تمام شده محصولات جدید، هزینه و برآورد مخارج.
• مسلط به محاسبه بهای تمام شده محصولات، ضایعات، سفارشات و پروژه‌های در جریان.
• مسلط به قیمت گذاری کالاهای ساخته شده.
• مسلط به مدیریت انبارگردانی فصلی و سالانه.
• مسلط به محاسبات استهلاک ماهانه و سالانه.
• آشنایی کامل با مباحث هزینه‌یابی، تحلیل نقطه سر به سر و تحلیل حاشیه سود.
• آشنایی با سامانه جامع تجارت و انبارها.
• توانایی ارائه گزارش سود و زیان تحلیلی به تفکیک و ارائه حاشیه فروش و حاشیه سود.
• توانایی بررسی تولید با ظرفیت ماهانه.
• آشنایی کامل با قوانین و استانداردهای حسابداری.
