Our Requirements

1. 4+ years of experience in Python development, focusing on Machine Learning and AI applications.

2. Excellent command of English — both verbal and written, with a clear and neutral pronunciation/accent suitable for international communication.

3. Availability to work within the U.S. Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours.

4. Strong soft skills — patience (essential for remote collaboration), self-motivation, integrity, reliability, and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow professionally.


Technical Requirements

Proficiency in Python (4+ years) — including experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

Machine Learning expertise (3+ years) — hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

Deep Learning & AI skills — understanding of Neural Networks, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI frameworks.

Data Science proficiency — data preprocessing, feature engineering, and visualization using Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including model deployment and management (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML).

Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git/GitHub workflows.

Solid understanding of software engineering principles, API integration, and RESTful architecture.

English fluency (B2+) or higher — the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with global teams.
