شرح وظایف:

• شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید و تحلیل روندهای بازار برای ایجاد استراتژی‌های توسعه.
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی استراتژی‌های ورود به بازار و افزایش سهم بازار.
• برقراری و حفظ ارتباطات با مشتریان کلیدی و شرکای تجاری.
• نظارت بر پروژه‌های توسعه بازار و تضمین اجرای موفق آن‌ها.
• جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌ها برای ارائه گزارش‌های جامع به مدیریت.
• آموزش و راهنمایی تیم‌های فروش و بازاریابی در زمینه‌های جدید بازار.
• ارتقای برند و توسعه استراتژی‌های جایگذاری محصول.
• محل کار: خیابان شهید بهشتی، خیابان بخارست (دسترسی نزدیک به مترو و بی‌آرتی).
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 9 صبح تا 5 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 9 صبح تا 1 ظهر.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌ مدیریت بازرگانی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل سه سال تجربه کاری در زمینه توسعه بازار یا فروش؛ با سابقه مدیریتی.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌ها.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مذاکره قوی.
• تفکر استراتژیک.
• مهارت در برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک و مدیریت پروژه.

Description of tasks:
• Identifying new opportunities and analyzing market trends to create development strategies
• Designing and implementing market entry strategies and increasing market share
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers and business partners
• Monitoring market development projects and ensuring their successful implementation
• Collecting and data analysis to provide comprehensive reports to management
• Training and guidance of sales and marketing teams in new market areas
• Brand promotion and development of product placement strategies

Requirements:< br>• At least a bachelor's degree in management, business or related fields.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the field of market development or sales, with managerial background
• Ability to analyze data

Working hours:
Saturday to Wednesday: 9 to 17 - Thursdays: 9 to 13
