شرح شغل:

• تحلیل محیط کسب‌وکار و تدوین استراتژی‌های سازمان و طرح‌ریزی اهداف.
• راهبری سازمان جهت تحقق اهداف استراتژیک.
• شناسایی فرآیندهای سازمان و تعیین شاخص‌های پایش و اندازه‌گیری آن.
• پیشنهاد راهکارهای بهبود به مدیریت عامل جهت اثربخشی سیستم مدیریتی.
• کسب آگاهی و تعقیب تغییرات و پیشرفت های صنعت و بازار کسب‌وکار.
• تشویق و تقدیر از فعالیت‌های بهبود انجام شده توسط کارکنان.
• تقسیم وظایف بین کارکنان زیر مجموعه و نظارت بر فعالیت‌های آن‌ها.
• دریافت سفارش‌های مشتری از واحد فروش و ارتباط مستمر با مدیر فروش جهت برآورده‌سازی الزامات مشتری.
• برنامه‌ریزی کلان تولید و مواد اولیه و نظارت بر اجرای ان.
• تعیین نقطه سفارش مواد اولیه و اعلام به واحد انبار.
• بررسی وضعیت تحقق اهداف و برنامه‌های مرتبط با واحد به صورت مستمر از طریق گزارش‌های دریافتی.
• شناسایی ریسک‌ها و فرصت‌های مرتبط با فرآیندهای کارخانه و تلاش در جهت کنترل آن‌ها.
• ظرفیت‌سنجی ماشین‌آلات و خطوط تولیدی.
• پیگیری انجام اقدام اصلاحی یا پیشگیرانه به منظور حذف عدم انطباق بالفعل یا بالقوه.
• مشارکت و حمایت از کارکنان در فعالیت‌های بهبود.
• بررسی نتایج پایش و اندازه‌گیری فرآیندهای مرتبط با کارخانه و اقدام جهت بهبود.
• برقراری ارتباط با پیمانکاران مرتبط با تولید یا کارخانه در خصوص الزامات مرتبط با محصول یا خدمات.
• شناسایی مشکلات تولید و ارائه راهکار جهت بهبود ان.
• نظارت بر کیفیت محصول جهت کاهش ضایعات تولیدی یا برگشتی محصول و بهبود کیفیت محصولات.
• همکاری با مدیر تحقیق و توسعه جهت توسعه محصولات و پیشنهاد محصولات جدید.
• نظارت مستمر بر تولید محصولات با کیفیت مطابق برنامه تولید اعلام شده.
• نظارت مستمر بر فعالیت های نگهداری و تعمیرات ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات.
• نظارت بر ورود و خروج کالا از انبار.
• شناسایی برنامه آموزشی مورد نیاز کارکنان.
• گزارش به مدیرعامل در خصوص عملکرد تولید محصولات، ضایعات و نگهداری محصول به صورت مستمر.

شرایط احراز:

• سابقه در صنعت لوازم خانگی الزامی است.

Get customer orders from sales unit and continuous communication with sales manager to meet customer requirements.
Macro -production and raw materials planning and monitoring Implementation.
Determine the ordering point of the raw material and notification to the warehouse unit.
Review the status of the units' goals and programs continuously through receiving reports.
Identifying risks and opportunities associated with Factory processes and efforts to control them.
Capacity assessment of machinery and production lines.
follow -up corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential compliance.
Participation and support of employees in activity Improvement.
Investigating the results of monitoring and measuring factory -related processes and action to improve.
Communicate with production or factory related contractors regarding product or service requirements.
Identify production and presentation problems Strategic to improve it.
Product quality monitoring to reduce product or return product waste and improve product quality.
Cooperation with Research and Development Manager for Product Development and Suggestion of New Products. Quality in accordance with the declared production plan.
Continuous monitoring of maintenance and repair activities of the machinery and equipment.
monitor the entry and exit of the goods from the warehouse.
Identify the training program required by employees.
Report to The CEO on the performance of product production, waste and product maintenance continuously.
