شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی مکانیک یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• آشنایی با فرآیندهای خرید خارجی.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارها و سامانه‌های مرتبط مانند سامانه جامع تجارت.
• توانایی تحلیل اطلاعات.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی فعالیت‌های اجرایی.
• آشنایی با MS Office.
• کوشا و جدی.

شرح وظایف:

• منبع‌یابی برای خریدهای خارجی مرتبط با قطعات فنی.
• انجام فرآیند خرید خارجی شامل ثبت سفارش، تخصیص ارز، ترخیص و غیره.
• هماهنگی و انتخاب تامین‌کنندگان مناسب جهت تامین حمل کالا.
• انجام کلیه فرآیندهای مرتبط با سامانه‌های تجاری.
• تهیه و رسیدگی به فاکتورهای خرید.

Source for external purchases related to technical components
perform an external purchase process including order registration, currency allocation, clearance, etc.
Coordination and selection of suitable suppliers to carry goods
Do all processes related to commercial systems
Procurement and handling purchase invoices
