کارشناس ارشد خرید (تجهیزات دکل حفاری) | Senior Purchasing Specialist (Drilling Rig Equipment)

شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای فرآیندهای خرید و تدارکات به صورت کارآمد.
• شناسایی و ارزیابی تامین‌کنندگان و برقراری ارتباط با آن‌ها.
• مدیریت زمان‌بندی تحویل و اطمینان از تطابق با شرایط قرارداد.
• نظارت بر کیفیت اقلام تحویلی و همکاری با واحد کنترل کیفیت.
• همکاری با واحدهای مرتبط برای تعریف نیازمندی‌های خرید.
• تهیه و پردازش سفارشات خرید با استفاده از نرم‌افزار درسا.
• مدیریت امور گمرکی و تسهیل واردات و صادرات کالا.
• بررسی و تحلیل شرایط بازار صنعت حفاری و پیشنهادات خرید.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، مهندسی صنایع یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار درسا و آشنایی با تجهیزات دکل حفاری.
• آشنایی کامل با INCOTERM 2020 و امور گمرکی.
• توانایی تحلیل بازارهای صنعت حفاری و شناسایی تامین‌کنندگان.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
• تجربه در استفاده از فروشندگان تایید شده (AVL) و برآورد هزینه‌ها (CBE).
• قابلیت کار به صورت مستقل و تیمی.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and implementing processes Purchasing and procurement efficiently
- Identifying and evaluating suppliers and communicating with them
- Managing delivery schedules and ensuring compliance with contract conditions
- Monitoring the quality of delivered items and cooperating with the quality control unit
- Cooperation with Related units to define purchase requirements
- preparation and processing of purchase orders using Darsa software
- management of customs affairs and facilitation of import and export of goods
- review and analysis of drilling industry market conditions and purchase proposals

Eligibility requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business administration/business/industrial engineering and related fields
- At least 5 years of related work experience
- Mastery of Darsa software and familiarity with equipment mast Drilling
- Thorough knowledge of INCOTERM 2020 and customs affairs
- Ability to analyze drilling industry markets and identify suppliers
- Fluent in English
- Experience in using approved vendors (AVL) and estimation Costs (CBE)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
