شرح شغل:

• نظارت بر تکنسین و ویزیت‌های متوالی در حین عمل از بیماران.
• آموزش و ارتقای تیم: به‌روزرسانی دانش تیم و نظارت بر کیفیت کار تکنسین‌های کاشت.
• نظارت بر کیفیت بیماران: اطمینان از رضایت بیماران و پاسخگویی سریع به مشکلات.

پیش‌نیازها:

• توانمندی در ویزیت جذب اولیه: ارتباط مؤثر با بیماران و درک دقیق نیازها و انتظارات آن‌ها.
• پروانه مطب تهران: داشتن پروانه مطب معتبر در تهران.
• گذراندن دوره‌های تخصصی در زمینه کاشت مو: تکمیل دوره‌های تخصصی برای ارتقای دانش و مهارت‌های لازم در کاشت مو.
• تجربه عملی: داشتن سابقه کاری و تجربه عملی در استفاده از تکنیک‌های کاشت مو مانند FUT-FIT و سایر روش‌ها.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی: توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر با بیماران و درک نیازهای آن‌ها.
• مهارت‌های مدیریتی: توانایی مدیریت تیم، آموزش و نظارت بر کیفیت کار تیم.
• اخلاق حرفه‌ای: پایبندی به اصول اخلاقی، حفظ حریم خصوصی بیماران و ارائه خدمات با بالاترین استانداردهای حرفه‌ای.
• دانش به‌روز: آگاهی از آخرین پیشرفت‌ها و تحقیقات در زمینه کاشت مو و تکنیک‌های جدید.
