Document Preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO, including drafting correspondence and proofreading materials.
Meeting Coordination: Organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
Office Management: Managing office supplies, maintaining records, and handling other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Having Bachelor degree in related subject
- Excellent Communication Skills in Farsi & English
