این موقعیت برای توسعه استراتژی های تعامل تجاری توسط کانال با هدف افزایش JTI SOM ، اطمینان از در دسترس بودن مارک های JTI ، سهم قفسه و دامنه و سهام بهینه وجود دارد. فعلی استفاده بهینه از منابع ، بودجه و قابلیت های بازاریابی را تضمین می کند. این امر با تهیه برنامه های وفاداری و فعال سازی مناسب برای کل تجارت حاصل می شود: خرده فروشی مستقل ، حساب های کلیدی ، عمده فروشان و دخانیات. برای اجرای بررسی سه ماهه انطباق برنامه و فرآیند خوشه بندی برای کلیه رسانه های موجود در برنامه. خوشه بندی به منظور ردیف های وفاداری و پاداش های مرتبط با آن در هر ردیف است. از طریق همکاری نزدیک با حقوقی و دارایی ، مدیریت مؤثر قراردادها و پرداخت ها را مطابق با الزامات بازار تضمین کنید. ارائه اطلاعات و اسناد مورد نیاز در فرآیند تأیید سالانه (GAI MEMO/ BAP) برای اجرای برنامه بازار مشارکت تجاری و پیگیری اجرای بودجه مطابق با برنامه ماهانه. همکاران.

The position exists for developing trade engagement strategies by channel with objective to increase JTI SOM, ensure JTI brands availability, share of shelf and optimal range and stock. Incumbent will ensure optimal use of resources, budgets and marketing capabilities. This is to be achieved by developing appropriate loyalty and activation programs for the whole trade: independent retail, Key Accounts, wholesalers and tobacconists.
Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Responsible for designing the overall partnership program for DSO covered independent retail. For running quarterly program compliance check and clustering process for all outlets included in program. Clustering is for the purpose of loyalty tiers and related rewards per tier.
• Following up in the field and coordinate with the field operation team to ensure execution excellence and accurate program compliance rating of outlets by TMRs and TBAs.
• Develop/upgrade budget control tools based on available systems and sources. Ensure effective management of contracts and payments in line with market requirements through close cooperation with Legal and Finance. Providing needed information and documents within annual approval process (GAI MEMO/BAP) for implementing Trade Engagement market plan and following up on executing the budget according with monthly plan.
• Within the process of Trade Engagement will be responsible and will develop mechanism to target and track pay for performance approach for GAI released to trade partners.
• Responsible for centralizing on suggestions/ proposals, analyzing and feedback related to pay for performance proposals coming from Field Operations colleagues.
• Plan, align with Divisional Managers to deliver and follow up updated information about total outlets in the universe and selection for coverage.
• Initiate specific proposals per division and province and get needed alignment for planning field force main activities according with cycle and operational plan.
• Develop and improve the digital approach to communication and partnership with trade. Build on existing Jlink platform and enhance to a full digital tool for 2 way communication and usage by JTI and trade partners.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience Required:
Education:
• University degree: economics degree will be consider a plus.
Work Experience:
• 3 year experience in field operations; previous experience as Trade Marketing Representative Supervisor or Trade Business Advisor Supervisor will be consider a plus.
Languages & Computer Skills:
• Intermediate level of Business English language is mandatory as well as good MS office skills (Excel and Power Point).
