Senior Graphic Designer

The tasks that will be your responsibility in this role:

• Managing the Graphic Team and Leading Projects:Leading and coordinating the design team to ensure the achievement of project goals and improve team efficiency.
• Collaborating with Teams for Brainstorming, Strategizing, and Creating Promotional Materials:Communicating and working with other teams in the organization to plan and produce effective promotional content.
• Developing Engaging Visual Content for Social Media and Other Communication Channels While Maintaining Brand Consistency: Designing and producing visual content that is not only engaging but also maintains full alignment with the brand identity.
• Transforming Strategic Direction into High-Quality Designs Within the Brand Identity Framework:Creating designs that effectively convey organizational strategies while ensuring consistency with the brand’s identity.
• Gathering Feedback from Managers to Ensure Design Alignment with Organizational Standards, Accurate Expression of Ideas, and Proper Brand Representation: Collecting input from managers and using it to adjust and refine designs in a way that aligns with organizational standards, accurately communicates ideas, and effectively represents the brand.
  

What is important to us:

• At least 10 years of experience in the graphic design field.
• Experience in digital, print, and environmental design.
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Familiarity with the IT industry.
• Experience working in SaaS companies is considered an advantage.
