We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead, produce, and oversee high-quality digital and print creative solutions that support our marketing and brand initiatives.
This role is ideal for a designer who thinks beyond execution—someone with a strategic mindset, strong visual judgment, and experience working on large-scale marketing campaigns, brand systems, and cross-functional teams. You will play an active role in shaping visual direction, maintaining consistency, and ensuring design excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brainstorming sessions and develop creative concepts, visual themes, and design directions for campaigns and projects.
- Oversee the conceptualization and execution of design projects from idea to final delivery.
- Create clear execution plans, timelines, and design frameworks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, presentations, and project visualizations for the creative team.
- Translate concepts into workable design elements such as sketches, layouts, graphics, and illustrations.
- Provide expert guidance on typography, color systems, layout, calligraphy, and overall visual consistency.
- Conceptualize and design original, distinctive visuals and illustrations aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Design (and where applicable, code) digital marketing assets including templates, emails, website layouts, banners, and campaign materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and other internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and aligned outcomes.
- Track progress, review outputs, and provide constructive feedback to ensure quality, efficiency, and creative effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in digital and print design, branding, and marketing campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of digital and print production requirements.
- Familiarity with motion design and animation tools is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, presentation ability, and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
