مسئولیت‌ های هر روزه شما در باروک:
طراحی و تولید انواع محتوای گرافیکی برای شبکه‌ های اجتماعی، کمپین‌ های تبلیغاتی، وب‌ سایت و سایر نقاط تماس برند با مخاطب
نگهداشت هویت بصری منسجم و رعایت اصول برندینگ در تمامی خروجی‌های طراحی
همکاری نزدیک با تیم مارکتینگ برای تبدیل پیام‌های تبلیغاتی به ایده‌های دیداری خلاقانه و اثرگذار
طراحی پست، استوری، بنر و سایر قالب‌های محتوایی دیجیتال
طراحی اقلام چاپی و تبلیغاتی مانند پوستر، بروشور، کاتالوگ و بیلبورد در صورت نیاز کمپین‌ها
استفاده خلاقانه و حرفه‌ای از ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی (مانند ابزارهای تولید تصویر، ایده‌پردازی و طراحی) برای افزایش سرعت، کیفیت و تنوع در خروجی‌ های گرافیکی
رصد ترندهای روز طراحی و به‌روزرسانی سبک‌های بصری بر اساس نیاز بازار و بازخورد مخاطبان
مدیریت و سازمان‌دهی آرشیو فایل‌های طراحی و حفظ نظم در فرآیند تولید محتوا

تسلط کامل بر نرم‌افزارهای طراحی گرافیک از جمله ادوبی (Photoshop، InDesign، Illustrator)
تسلط به ابزارهای ارائه مانند: PowerPoint، Canva برای طراحی پرزنتیشن‌های حرفه‌ای و تاثیرگذار برای معرفی پروژه‌ها، کمپین‌ها یا برند
آشنایی کامل با اصول طراحی هویت بصری، تایپوگرافی، رنگ‌شناسی، گرید و ترکیب‌بندی
توانایی انجام Photo Manipulation، ترکیب خلاقانه تصاویر برای ساخت خروجی‌های بصری موثر و حرفه‌ای
مهارت در طراحی اقلام تبلیغاتی چاپی مانند پوستر، کاتالوگ، بنر و بیلبورد
توانایی ایده‌پردازی و تبدیل پیام‌های بازاریابی به کانسپت‌های بصری خلاقانه و اثرگذار
توانایی استفاده از ابزارهای هوش مصنوعی در طراحی و ایده‌پردازی (برای تولید تصویر، الهام‌گرفتن از ترندها و افزایش سرعت کار)
مهارت در نقاشی دیجیتال
دقت بالا به جزئیات، خلاقیت، زمان‌بندی و توانایی مدیریت هم‌زمان چند پروژه
مهارت در همکاری تیمی و ارتباط موثر با تیم‌های مارکتینگ، محتوا و محصول
توانایی قصه‌گویی و داستان‌سرایی (story telling) بصری
تسلط کامل به ابزارهای تولید محتوای بصری
تسلط و تجربه کافی در تولید فرم‌های مختلف گرافیکی
تجربه کار با نرم افزارهای تولید محتوا مثل Canva مزیت محسوب می‌شود
تجربه تولید محتوا با AI نیز مزیت محسوب می‌شود

Close collaboration with the marketing team to transform advertising messages into creative and effective visual ideas
Designing posts, stories, banners and other digital content formats
Designing printed and advertising items such as posters, brochures, catalogs and billboards if needed by campaigns
Creative and professional use of artificial intelligence tools (such as image generation, ideation and design tools) to increase the speed, quality and variety of outputs Graphics
Monitoring design trends and updating visual styles based on market needs and audience feedback
Managing and organizing design file archives and maintaining order in the content production process

Complete mastery of graphic design software including Adobe (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
Mastery of presentation tools such as: PowerPoint, Canva to design professional and effective presentations to introduce projects, campaigns or brands
Complete familiarity with the principles of visual identity design, typography, color, grade and composition
Ability to do Photo Manipulation, creative combination of images to create effective and professional visual outputs
Skill in designing printed advertising items such as posters, catalogs, banners and billboards
Ability to generate ideas and convert marketing messages into visual concepts Creative and effective
Ability to use artificial intelligence tools in design and ideation (to produce images, get inspiration from trends and increase work speed)
Skill in digital painting
High attention to detail, creativity, timing and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Skill in teamwork and effective communication with marketing, content and product teams
Ability to tell stories and tell stories (visual storytelling)
Complete mastery of content production tools Visual
Sufficient mastery and experience in producing various graphic forms
Experience with content production software such as Canva is considered an advantage
Content production experience with AI is also considered an advantage
