Job Description:
1. Project Master Planning
• Participate in the design of the project breakdown structure (WBS) and their master scheduling at the group level
• Coordinate with project managers in subsidiary companies to prepare detailed plans
• Prepare a master schedule for monitoring all group projects
• Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects at three levels: operational, managerial, strategic

2. Monitoring and controlling project progress
• Collecting, analyzing and evaluating physical and financial progress reports of projects periodically
• Comparing the actual status with the plan (Baseline) in all projects
• Calculating and analyzing performance indicators
• Identifying deviations and providing corrective actions to project management
• Designing and implementing analytical management dashboards in Power BI or similar tools

3. Controlling project costs and budgets
• Collaborating with financial and technical teams to develop project budgets and their cost structure
• Monitoring project costs and analyzing financial deviations compared to the approved budget
• Establishing cost reporting systems in subsidiary companies
• Preparing analytical reports on financial risks related to projects and forecasting required liquidity

4. Project Risk Management
• Identify, assess and rank key risks in projects (time, quality, resources, budget, permits, etc.)
• Design risk reduction plans and follow up on their implementation in subsidiaries

5. Project Information Integration
• Design a single reporting system for all projects (templates, scheduling, data format)
