• شناسایی، برقراری ارتباط و جذب متقاضیان بالقوه با استفاده از کانال‌های جذب و رسانه‌های تخصصی.
• هماهنگی و برگزاری جلسات مصاحبه و پیش‌برد فرآیند ارزیابی به طور کامل از انجام مصاحبه رفتاری تا بررسی سوابق شغلی متقاضیان.
• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای فرآیند آنبردینگ و آفبردینگ.
• هدهانتینگ و شناسایی کاندیداهای بالقوه.
• جمع‌آوری و تحلیل داده‌های منابع انسانی.
• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های داده‌محور برای مدیریت و برنامه‌ریزی منابع انسانی.
