رئیس گارانتی | Head of Warranty

ما در گروه آرین به دنبال جذب یک همکار در گروه خودروهای وارداتی با عنوان «رئیس گارانتی » هستیم که با تجربه خود همراهیمان کند.

*مسئولیت‌ها:

• تدوین دستورالعمل و روش اجرایی گارانتی مطابق با دستورالعمل شرکت مادر و الزامات سازمان ISQI
• اخذ شناسه گارانتی و تهیه مستندات لازم جهت اخذ کفایت خدمات پس از فروش محصول
• بهبود و تسهیل ارایه خدمات گارانتی به مشتریان
• بررسی مداوم و موثر نرم افزار خدمات پس از فروش در حوزه گارانتی و ارایه گزارشات لازم
• بررسی کلیم های گارانتی شبکه نمایندگان و تعامل با واحد فنی جهت تایید کلیم های ارسال شده
• ارایه گزارشات مالی در خصوص کلیم های ارسال شده از طرف نمایندگان
• بازررسی دوره ای از شبکه نمایندگان در خصوص ارزیابی خدمات ارایه شده به مشتریان در حوزه گارانتی (بررسی مستندات گارانتی و قطعات داغی و ....)

*نیازمندی‌ها:

• مدرک تحصیلی حد اقل کارشناسی در رشته های فنی ترجیحا مهندس مکانیک خودرو
• تسلط کامل بر نرم افزار های مجموعه office
• تسلط بر نرم افزار های خدمات پس از فروش
• تسلط بر دستورالعمل شرایط و ضوابط خدمات پس از فروش خودرو
• تسلط بر زبان انگلیسی ( مکالمه و مکاتبه)
• سابقه کار حد اقل 2 سال در سمت سرپرست و یا رئیس واحد گارانتی شرکت های خودرویی

* ترجیحاً ساکن غرب تهران/استان البرز

We are looking to attract a colleague in the imported car group called "Guarantee Chief" to accompany us with his experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing Guarantee Instructions and Executive Method in accordance with the instructions of the parent company and the requirements of the ISQI

2. Obtaining a warranty ID and preparing the necessary documentation to obtain after -sales service adequacy

3. Improve and facilitate warranty service to customers

4. Continuous and effective review of after -sales service software in the field of warranty and submit reports

5. Review of Representative Network Warranty and Interaction with the Technical Unit to confirm the submitted climbing

6. Providing financial reports on the climbers sent by representatives

7. Periodic Investigation of Representative Network on Customer Customer Evaluation (Warranty Documentation and Hot Parts ....)

Needs:

1. Bachelor's degree in technical degree preferably automobile mechanics engineer

2. Full mastery of Office

3. Mastery of after -sales service software

4. Mastery of the Terms and Conditions of Car after -sales service

5. Mastery of English (Conversation and Correspondence)

6. Work experience of at least 2 years on the position of supervisor or head of the warranty unit
