ما یه تیم پرانرژی و خلاق توی حوزه فروش کالای دیجیتال (موبایل، لپ‌تاپ، گجت و لوازم جانبی) هستیم با 16 شعبه فعال حضوری و حالا دنبال یه مدیرمحصول باانگیزه و دقیق برای سایت‌مون هستیم تا مسیر رشد و توسعه محصولاتمون رو رهبری کنه
شرح موقعیت شغلی:
به‌عنوان مدیرمحصول، قراره:
- استراتژی و نقشه راه محصولات (آنلاین و حضوری) رو طراحی و اجرا کنی
- نیاز مشتری‌ها و رفتار بازار رو تحلیل کنی و بر اساس اون تصمیم بگیری
- با تیم‌های طراحی، مارکتینگ و فروش همکاری کنی تا تجربه کاربری بهتری بسازی
- عملکرد محصولات و فروش رو بررسی کنی و گزارش‌های تحلیلی ارائه بدی
- به بهبود فرآیندهای عرضه و تنوع محصولات کمک کنی
- مسیرهای کلیدی کاربرها رو طراحی و مستندسازی کنی ( User Flow، Journey Maps و Wireframes)
- اصول طراحی و الگوهای تعامل (Interaction Patterns) رو طی همکاری نزدیک با تیم توسعه تعریف کنی
- کیفیت پیاده‌سازی نهایی (UI QA) رو بررس کنی و به تیم فنی فیدبک دقیق بدی
- مشکلات UX محصولات رو شناسایی کنی و راه‌حل‌های قابل اندازه‌گیری ارائه بدی
- روی تیم برنامه‌نویسی نظارت داشته باشی تا هم باگ‌های فنی رو بررسی کنی و هم تسک‌های تیم فنی رو مدیریت کنی تا در نهات بتونی برای رفع باگ و توسعه محصول سلوشن بدی
مهارت‌ها و ویژگی‌های مورد نیاز:
- تسلط روی متدولوژی‌های چابک (Agile) و نقش مالک محصول (Product Owner)
- تجربه مدیریت محصول یا بازرگانی حوزه کالای دیجیتال
- آشنایی با تحلیل داده، رفتار کاربر و چرخه عمر محصول
- قدرت تصمیم‌گیری، مدیریت پروژه و اولویت‌بندی بالا
- ذهن تحلیلی و نگاه تجاری قوی
- آشنایی با مفاهیم برنامه‌نویسی
- آشنایی با اصول طراحی رابط کاربری (UI) و تجربه کاربری (UX)
- تسلط لازم به Figma شامل کامپوننت‌سازی، اتوماسیون و طراحی Style
- توانایی ارتباط مؤثر با تیم‌های مختلف (مارکتینگ، طراحی، انبار و فروش)

We are an energetic and creative team in the field of selling digital goods (mobile phones, laptops, gadgets and accessories) with 16 active branches and now we are looking for a motivated and accurate product manager for our site to lead the growth and development of our products
Job description:
As a product manager, you are supposed to:
- design and implement product strategy and roadmap (online and in-person)
- customer needs and market behavior analyze and make decisions based on that
- Collaborate with the design, marketing and sales teams to create a better user experience
- Check product and sales performance and provide analytical reports
- Help improve supply processes and product variety
- Design and document key user paths (User Flow, Journey Maps and Wireframes)
- Define design principles and interaction patterns through close collaboration with the development team
- Check the quality of the final implementation (UI QA) and give accurate feedback to the technical team
- Identify product UX problems and provide measurable solutions
- Supervise the programming team to check technical bugs and manage the technical team's tasks so that you can finally provide a solution to fix the bug and develop the product
Required skills and characteristics: The role of Product Owner (Product Owner) - experience in product management or business in the field of digital goods - familiarity with data analysis, user behavior and product life cycle - high decision-making power, project management and prioritization - analytical mind and strong business outlook - familiarity with programming concepts - familiarity with the principles of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design - necessary mastery of Figma, including componentization, automation and style design - ability to communicate effectively With different teams (marketing, design, warehouse and sales)
