ما در آونگ به دنبال یک کارشناس تعمیر قطعات الکترونیکی در واحد خدمات پس از فروش هستیم که دانش فنی بالایی در زمینه تعمیر محصولات آی‌تی و شبکه داشته باشد. این شخص علاوه بر دانش فنی و تخصصی در زمینه تعمیر مادربرد و کارت گرافیک و محصولات شبکه می‌بایست توانایی ارائه پشتیبانی فنی به مراجعین واحد خدمات پس از فروش را به صورت حرفه‌ای داشته باشد.
وظایف کلیدی:
- تست، عیب‌یابی و تعمیر کلیه محصولات IT ، شبکه و دوربین مداربسته جهت تعمیر انواع بردهای الکترونیکی.
- ثبت گزارش و شرح فنی مربوط به تعمیر هر کالا در نرم‌افزار خدمات پس از فروش.
- سفارش‌گذاری قطعات (کامپوننت) و کالاهای مورد نیاز جهت تعمیر محصولات.
شرایط احراز:
- توانایی خواندن دیتاشیت و تحلیل مدار.
- توانایی استفاده از اسیلوسکوپ و دستگاه BGA.
- آشنایی کامل با مفاهیم فنی و قطعات سخت‌افزاری کامپیوتر و محصولات شبکه.
- تجربه تعمیرات مادربرد، کارت گرافیک و یا دوربین مداربسته مزیت محسوب می‌شود.
- توانایی انجام کار تیمی.
- منظم، با برنامه و انعطاف‌پذیری بالا.
- دقت و سرعت بالا در انجام امور محوله.
- مسئولیت‌پذیر، پیگیر، با پشتکار و علاقه‌مند به یادگیری مباحث فنی.
- آشنای با دوره +NETWORK مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Key duties:
• Testing and troubleshooting of all IT, network and CCTV products to repair all types of electronic boards

• Registering reports and the technical description related to the repair of each product in the after-sales service software
• Ordering parts (components) and goods needed to repair the products
• High accuracy and speed in performing assigned tasks, responsible, persistent, Being persistent and interested in learning technical topics
• Ability to work in a team, regularly, with a plan and high flexibility
Qualification conditions:
• Ability to read datasheets and circuit analysis
• Ability to use from oscilloscope and BGA device
• Complete familiarity with technical concepts and computer hardware components and network products
• Experience in motherboard, graphic card, or CCTV repair is an advantage
• Familiarity with the NETWORK+ course is an advantage will be
