کارشناس فروش و بازاریابی | Sales and Marketing Expert

شرح وظایف:

• برقراری ارتباط با مشتریان جدید و حفظ و توسعه روابط با مشتریان فعلی.
• ارائه مشاوره فنی و فروش به مشتریان در مورد محصولات و خدمات شرکت.
• برگزاری جلسات حضوری یا آنلاین با مشتریان بالقوه، بازدید از پروژه ها و تهیه پیشنهادات فنی و مالی.
• شرکت در نمایشگاه‌ها و رویدادهای صنعتی تهران و سایر استان ها برای معرفی برند و جذب مشتری.
• پیگیری فرآیند فروش تا مرحله نهایی (از معرفی تا تحویل و تسویه).
• تهیه پیش‌فاکتور، ثبت سفارش و هماهنگی با تیم‌های داخلی.
• همکاری با تیم فنی و تولید برای تطبیق محصولات با نیاز مشتریان.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای فروش و پیش‌بینی روند بازار.
• مدیریت و به‌روزرسانی اطلاعات مشتریان در سیستم CRM.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل سه سال سابقه فروش محصولات صنعتی یا ساختمانی.
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در یکی از رشته‌های مدیریت بازرگانی، بازاریابی، مهندسی مکانیک، تأسیسات یا رشته‌های مرتبط.

مهارت‌ها:

• توانایی مذاکره و فن بیان قوی.
• آشنایی با اصول بازاریابی صنعتی.
• مهارت در کار با نرم‌افزارهای Office و CRM.
• توانایی تهیه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و آماری.
• روحیه کار تیمی و مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا.
• آشنایی کافی با زبان انگلیسی (درک فنی و مکاتبه).
• توانایی پیگیری بالا، منظم و مشتری‌محور.

Task Description:
• Communicate with new customers and maintain and develop relationships with current customers.
• Provide technical and sales advice to customers on company products and services.
• Holding online or online meetings with potential customers, visiting projects and preparing technical and financial suggestions.
• Participate in Tehran and other provinces to introduce brand and attract customers.
• Follow the sales process up to the final stage (from introduction to delivery and settlement)
• Pre -invoice, order registration and coordination with internal teams
• Collaborate with the technical and production team to match the products to the customer needs.
• Provide and provide periodic sales reports and predict market trends.
• Manage and update customer information in CRM system
Job Conditions:
• Required experience: at least 5 years in the sale of industrial or construction products
• Education: Minimum undergraduate in one of the fields of business management, marketing, mechanical engineering, facilities or related disciplines.
Skills:
• Ability to negotiate and technique strong expression
• Introduction to the principles of industrial marketing
