• Direct and control a team of accountancy staff providing full accounting services for a large operating center.
• Direct and control accountancy staff to ensure that they are appropriately trained and motivated and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, including statements of operations, balance sheets, and other supporting statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Act as the significant interface with auditors in preparation of annual audits.
• Maintain and improve a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively documented and managed.
• Prepare the year-end accounting and taxation reports to ensure that the company complies with legal and business requirements.
• Maintain a high standard of professional commitment to quality of service and image to ensure the group philosophy in this regard is upheld at all times.
• Provide feedback and professional advice and guidance to subordinates to facilitate their overall development and enhance their contribution.
• Reporting to: Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• At least 6 years of experience in the same position (at least 3 years of supervisory experience).
• Familiar with accounting software.
• Detailed knowledge of relevant Iranian legislative/regulatory accounting protocols and guidelines.
• Expert and professional knowledge of core standard accounting protocols and procedures.
• Accuracy.
• Sound knowledge of Iranian tax, insurance, SSO, and banking systems.
• Advanced analysis skills.
• Supervisory skills.
• Good team worker.
• Well-developed computer skills.
• Good planning and organizing skills.
• Intermediate English skills.
• Minimum age: 35 years old.
