To complete our team, we are looking for a Customer Support Director to join our Operations Support Team. The purpose of this role is to upgrade customer service levels, optimize response processes and guide the call center expert team to effective and satisfactory performance.
Main goals:
Strategic Management and Development of Call Center performance in two sections of customers and ambassadors
design and implementation of fast, effective and customer -centric and customer -centric management processes Improvement of Support tools and processes
Implementation of continuous improvement programs and increased quality of services
Analytical reporting to senior management team on performance and suggestions
Monitoring Implementation of Customer Service Policy and Standards
Implementation of Digital Solutions and Automation at Call Center
Required Skills:
Call Management Call Management and KPIs Multiple Weekend
The ability to manage the pressure and solve the problem
High skills in data analysis and decision -making based on it
High ability to communicate effectively and leads
Required Terms:
at least 7 years of work experience in the call center, at least 3 years of management experience at the Master's degree
