شرح شغل
جمع آوری نیازهای کاربران و ذینفعان برای شناسایی فرایندها و سیستم های جدید
بروزرسانی منظم لیست کارها و اطمینان از بروز بودن بکلاگ ها
تحلیل، تست و استقرار پروژه های تعریف شده و برقراری ارتباط میان تیم های عملیاتی
تهیه Business Flow و ... برای هر سیستم در حال توسعه
توانایی استخراج دیتا با نرم افزار SQL و تهیه شمای کلی پروژه با Figma


شرایط احراز
توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با تیم های توسعه، طراحی، بازاریابی و سایر ذینفعان برای اطمینان از درک مشترک از اهداف محصول
توانایی ایجاد مستندات واضح و مختصر در ارتباط با نیازها و ویژگی های محصولات
توانایی استفاده از روش های چابک (مثل اسکرام و کانو) برای مدیریت توسعه و بهینه سازی فرایندها.
توانایی شناسایی و مدیریت ذینفعان مختلف و برقراری ارتباط موثر با آنها

We are looking for a system analyst in the financial field to join our digital transformation team in Tehran.


Job description
Gathering the needs of users and stakeholders to identify new processes and systems
Regularly updating the work list and ensuring that backlogs are up-to-date
Analyzing, testing and deploying defined projects and communicating between operational teams
Preparing Business Flow and... for each developing system
Ability to extract data with SQL software and preparation of project overview with Figma


Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with development teams, design, marketing and other stakeholders to ensure common understanding of product goals
Ability to create clear and concise documentation related to product requirements and features
Ability to use agile methods (such as Scrum and Kano) to manage development and optimize processes.
Ability to identify and manage different stakeholders and communicate effectively With them
