پرینت گرفتن اسناد مربوطه اعم از فاکتور، تفکیک جز، فرم تسویه حساب و ... به تفکیک مسیر جهت تحویل به موزعین مربوطه.
کنترل و نظارت بر رانندگان و موزعین جهت حصول اطمینان از اجرای فرآیندهای توزیع مطابق با برنامه ریزی توزیع.
برقراری ارتباط با تیم فروش جهت هماهنگی فرآیند توزیع اعم از مرجوعی های توزیع روز، تغییر شرایط فاکتورها، جابجایی آدرس ها.
کنترل وضعیت ارسال و عدم ارسال کلیه فاکتورهای ثبت شده جهت اعلام موارد ارسال نشده و علت ان.
کنترل تسویه حساب موزعین در پایان هر روز کاری جهت حصول اطمینان از بسته شدن کار توزیع روزانه.
ارتباط بین تیم فروش و موزعین جهت هماهنگی و تسهیل امور مربوطه.
تجزیه و تحلیل داده های توزیع و ارائه پیشنهادات بهبودی.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
- At least three years of experience.
Technical Knowledge and Skills:
- Warehousing and warehouse handling, Microsoft Office, distribution planning, ERP-SAP, Power BI, English, report writing, principles and basics of logistics and supply chain.

Your mission is to control, monitor and execute branch distribution processes to ensure processes are implemented in accordance with defined standards.
Control the car supply process to cover sales requests in accordance with the designated dates.
Distribution Planning, including the route and allocation of relevant resources, given the time of delivery and relevant considerations to ensure the productivity of the distribution fleet and order delivery over the defined time interval.
