هدف اصلی کار
نظارت بر فعالیت‌های لجستیکی روزانه و تامین تعمیر و نگهداری تجهیزات، امکانات و زیرساخت‌های msf، طبق استانداردها و پروتکل‌های msf به منظور حفظ امکانات در شرایط عالی و همکاری در توسعه ماموریت. br>
مسئولیت ها و وظایف
• نظارت بر فعالیت های نگهداری زیرساخت ها، مدیریت ذخایر و تجهیزات غیرپزشکی بر اساس استانداردهای msf
• اطمینان از بررسی و پیگیری امکانات تحت نظارت مدیر خط از طریق منظم بازدید از تأسیسات و گزارش هرگونه ناهنجاری یا مشکل، ارزیابی نیازهای بهسازی و پیگیری کارهای جزئی بهسازی ساختمان طبق دستور ناظر. بررسی اینکه محل‌ها هنجارهای امنیتی را رعایت می‌کنند و نظارت بر مصرف وسایل نقلیه/ماشین‌ها/دستگاه‌های مکانیکی و الکتریکی
• برنامه‌ریزی با مدیر خط برای بررسی‌های مورد نیاز و فعالیت‌های تعمیر و نگهداری سیستم‌های انرژی/راه‌اندازی بر اساس استانداردهای msf
• هماهنگی و رهبری تیم لجستیک تحت مسئولیت خود که شامل نظارت روزانه، نظارت بر کیفیت کار و تعریف تکلیف هر فرد، تنظیم برنامه کاری آنها می باشد. سازماندهی و رهبری جلسات تیمی؛ مشارکت در استخدام پرسنل تیم و شرکت در جلسات لجستیک و حسابداری فعالیت های وی
• مدیریت و پیگیری دستورات که شامل جمع آوری سفارشات لجستیکی از بخش ها یا مراکز بهداشتی مختلف می شود. تنظیم و پیگیری دستورات طبق تشریفات جاری؛ ارائه پشتیبانی فنی از انباردار، خریدهای محلی مطابق با رویه های تامین msf و اطمینان از شرایط دریافت بار یا مواد دریافتی و همچنین سازماندهی و تنظیم مواد قبل از ارسال آن

Specific Requirements:

Education:

• Essential: Secondary education and formal technical training diploma/degree.
• Desirable: Higher degree in construction-related area; degree in humanitarian logistics, commercial or business management.

Experience:

• At least 2 years in a similar post out of MSF.
• Experience in medical facilities is appreciated.
• Experience in team management.

Languages:

• Farsi English is mandatory level B2.

Knowledge:

• Essential computer literacy (word, Excel).
• Good technical skills in general (electricity, plumbing, construction, and equipment; project management).

Competencies:

The main purpose of the job:

Supervising the daily logistics activities and providing maintenance to the MSF equipment, facilities, and infrastructures, according to MSF standards and protocols to maintain the facilities in perfect condition and collaborate in the development of the mission.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring maintenance activities of infrastructures, and management of non-medical stocks and equipment according to MSF standards.
• Ensuring the check and follow-up of facilities under the line manager's supervision through regular visits to the facilities and reporting any anomalies or problems, evaluation of the rehabilitation needs and following up minor building rehabilitation work according to the supervisor's instructions; checking that premises observe security norms and monitoring the consumption of mechanical and electrical vehicles/machines/devices.
• Planning together with the line manager the required checks and maintenance activities of energy systems/set-up according to MSF standards.
• Coordinating and leading the logistics team under his/her responsibility which includes daily supervision, monitoring of the quality of work and the definition of each person's task, drawing up their working schedules; organizing and leading team meetings; participating in the recruitment of team personnel and attending logistics meetings and accounting for his activities.
• Managing and following up orders which includes collecting logistics orders coming from different departments or health facilities; drawing up and following up orders according to the procedures in force; providing technical support to the storekeeper, making local purchases according to MSF supply procedures, and ensuring reception conditions of freight or arriving material as well as the organization and setting up of materials before its shipment.
