شرح شغل:

• محاسبه حقوق و دستمزد کارکنان بر اساس داده‌های حضور و غیاب.
• اطمینان از دقت و صحت پرداخت‌ها و ثبت‌های مالی مربوطه.
• انجام تنظیمات لازم برای مالیات بر درآمد و کسورات قانونی.
• همکاری با تیم حسابداری برای نهایی‌سازی گزارش‌های مالی ماهانه و سالانه.
• حل مسائل و مشکلات مرتبط با حقوق و دستمزد کارکنان و ارائه پاسخ‌های مناسب.
• مدیریت سوابق مالی و حقوقی کارکنان با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مایکروسافت اکسل.

Spadana Polymer is looking for an experienced and accurate Senior Payroll Specialist. This is a key role in the company's accounting and finance team and is located in Isfahan. The main task of this person is to handle all processes related to the payment of salaries and employee insurance, in compliance with the highest standards of business ethics.

Responsibilities:
- Calculation of employee salaries and wages based on attendance data and Absence
- Ensuring the accuracy of payments and relevant financial records
- Making the necessary adjustments for income tax and legal deductions
- Cooperating with the accounting team to finalize monthly and annual financial reports
- Solving issues and problems related to employees' salaries and providing appropriate answers
- Management of employees' financial and legal records using Microsoft Excel software

Qualifications:
- Having a degree in the field of finance, accounting or banking
