شرح شغل:

· طراحی محتوای گرافیکی برای شبکه‌های اجتماعی، تبلیغات دیجیتال، وب‌سایت و کمپین‌های بازاریابی

· خلق و توسعه هویت بصری برند و تدوین گایدلاین‌های طراحی

· همکاری نزدیک با تیم‌های مارکتینگ، محتوا و محصول برای تولید خروجی‌های منسجم و هدفمند

· طراحی بنرها، پوسترها، موشن‌گرافیک‌ها و عناصر بصری تبلیغاتی

· ایده‌پردازی خلاق برای کمپین‌های برندینگ و دیجیتال مارکتینگ

· رعایت یکپارچگی و استانداردهای طراحی در تمام خروجی‌ها



مهارت‌ها و شایستگی‌ها:

· تسلط کامل بر نرم‌افزارهای Adobe Photoshop، Illustrator، After Effects (آشنایی با Premiere مزیت محسوب می‌شود)

· درک عمیق از اصول طراحی، رنگ، تایپوگرافی و ترکیب‌بندی

· آشنایی با طراحی برای رسانه‌های دیجیتال و UI Design

· خلاقیت بالا در ایده‌پردازی و روایت مفهومی از طریق تصویر

· توانایی کار تیمی، مدیریت زمان و توجه بالا به جزئیات

· آشنایی با ترندهای طراحی روز



شرایط احراز:

· حداقل 2 سال سابقه کار مرتبط در طراحی گرافیک

· تجربه فعالیت در شرکت‌های فناوری، دیجیتال یا استارتاپی مزیت محسوب می‌شود

· ارائه نمونه‌کار (Portfolio) الزامی است

Job description:

· Graphic content design for social networks, digital advertising, website and marketing campaigns

· Creation and development of visual brand identity and drafting design guidelines

· Working closely with the marketing, content and product teams to produce coherent and targeted outputs

· Designing banners, posters, motion graphics and advertising visual elements

· Creative ideation for branding and digital marketing campaigns

· Adhering to integrity and design standards in all outputs



Skills and competencies Skills:

· Complete mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects software (familiarity with Premiere is an advantage)

· Deep understanding of the principles of design, color, typography and composition

· Familiarity with design for digital media and UI Design

· High creativity in ideas Conceptual processing and narrative through images

· Ability to work in a team, time management and high attention to details

· Familiarity with current design trends



Qualification conditions:

· At least 2 years of related work experience in graphic design

· Experience working in technology, digital or startup companies is an advantage

· Presentation of work samples (Portfolio) is required
