مدیر طراحی مسئول هدایت تیم طراحی، نظارت بر کیفیت و استانداردهای طراحی و توسعه پروژه‌های طراحی است.

تحصیلات
حداقل کارشناسی رشته‌های طراحی صنعتی یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط

تجربه مرتبط
حداقل 3 سال تجربه در زمینه طراحی و مدیریت تیم‌های طراحی

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها
1. مدیریت و هدایت تیم‌های طراحی محصول
2. نظارت بر فرآیندهای طراحی و اطمینان از رعایت استانداردهای برند و استراتژی مصوب مجموعه
3. همکاری با تیم‌های مرتبط برای هماهنگی طراحی‌ها با استراتژی تجاری و مصوب مجموعه
4. مدیریت پروژه‌های طراحی از مرحله تحقیق تا اجرا و نهایی‌سازی
5. بررسی و تحلیل نیازهای کاربران و ترندهای طراحی برای ارایه راهکارهای خلاقانه در راستای استراتژی مصوب مجموعه
6. اطمینان از یکپارچگی طراحی‌ها در تمامی رسانه‌ها و پلتفرم‌ها در راستای استراتژی مصوب مجموعه
7. منتورینگ و مربی‌گری در توسعه مهارت‌های تیم طراحی برای افزایش بهره‌وری و خلاقیت
8. مدیریت بودجه و منابع تیم طراحی برای اجرای کارآمد پروژه‌ها

شایستگی‌ها

1.مهارت‌های فنی
تسلط بر طراحی دستی ایده‌ها (sketch)
تسلط بر نرم‌افزارهای طراحی
تسلط بر فرایند تفکر طراحی
ترجیحا آشنایی با دانش تخصصی در طراحی گرافیک، UI/UX و برندسازی

2. مهارت‌های نرم
رهبری و مدیریت تیم طراحی
توانایی ارتباط موثر با تیم‌های داخلی و مشتریان
حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری خلاقانه
توانایی مدیریت زمان

The purpose of the job
design manager is responsible for leading the design team, monitoring the quality and standards of design and development of design projects.

Education
at least bachelor's degree in industrial design or other related fields

related experience
at least 3 years of experience in the field of design and management of design teams

Description of duties and responsibilities
1. Management and guidance of product design teams
2. Monitoring the design processes and ensuring compliance with brand standards and the approved strategy of the collection
3. Collaborate with related teams to coordinate designs with business strategy and approve the collection
4. Management of design projects from the research stage to implementation and finalization
5. Reviewing and analyzing the needs of users and design trends to provide creative solutions in line with the approved strategy of the collection
6. Ensuring the integrity of designs in all media and platforms in line with the approved strategy of the group
7. Mentoring and coaching in developing design team skills to increase productivity and creativity
8. Management of the budget and resources of the design team for the efficient implementation of projects
