شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• پایش کامل رقبا و تحولات صنعت فولاد.
• ایجاد و توسعه شبکه عملیات تامین و توزیع کالا و خدمات.
• شناسایی و تحلیل فرصت‌های رشد در بازارهای هدف فولاد.
• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای استراتژی‌های توسعه کسب‌وکار در مناطق هدف.
• ورود به بازارهای جدید با پتانسیل رشد و ایجاد ارزش افزوده بالا.
• اخذ مجوزها و پروانه‌های مورد نیاز و مدیریت قراردادهای مختلف.
• برنامه‌ریزی و هدف‌گذاری جذب عاملیت‌های غیر مالکیتی.
• برنامه‌ریزی و هدایت تیم‌های اجرایی در شعب.
• مدیریت و نظارت بر عملکرد بنگاه‌های عملیاتی (انبارش، پردازش و تولید محصول، حسابداری و فروش).
• تامین، قیمت‌گذاری و حداکثرسازی سود فروش سبد محصول و بهینه‌سازی مستمر آن.
• طراحی و اجرای استراتژی‌های بازاریابی و برندینگ.
• نظارت بر کیفیت و پشتیبانی از مشتریان.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با مفاهیم و اصول مدیریت زنجیره تامین.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای صنعت خرده فروش والزامات قانونی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مدیریت بنگاه‌های زنجیره‌ای.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها و استخراج بینش‌های راهبردی.
• مهارت در مذاکره و تعامل با تامین‌کنندگان و ذی‌نفعان.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitoring and fully understanding the competitors and developments in the steel industry
Creating and developing a supply and distribution network for goods and services
Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities in steel target markets
Planning and implementing business development strategies in target areas
entering new markets with growth potential and creating high added value
obtaining required permits and licenses and managing various contracts
planning and targeting recruitment Non-proprietary agencies
Planning and directing executive teams in branches
Managing and monitoring the performance of operating companies (warehousing, processing and product production, accounting and sales)
Supplying, pricing and maximizing profit from the sale of the product portfolio and its continuous optimization
design and implementation of marketing and branding strategies
