• مسلط به اصول مدیریت و سازماندهی، اهداف و برنامه و صنعت نمایشگاهی، ماهیت و مؤلفه‌های موثر در برپایی نمایشگاه، مدل‌های مشارکت و کسب‌وکار در صنعت نمایشگاهی، برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای نمایشگاه‌ها، اصول غرفه‌آرایی و طراحی و ساخت غرفه، ارزیابی و مدل عملکرد نمایشگاه و جایگاه روابط عمومی و بازاریابی در صنعت نمایشگاهی.
• مهارت بالا در تعامل و ارتباط بین فردی، خلاقیت و نوآوری، تفکر و طراحی و حل مسئله.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های روابط عمومی، مدیریت یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در موقعیت شغلی مشابه.
