At Daria Chem Co, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Logistic Coordinator to join our expanding logistic team. If you enjoy helping your colleagues, we would like to meet you.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and internal company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and service providers to secure favorable terms and improve performance.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports on logistics performance, identifying risks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, finance, and operations) to align logistics strategies with overall business goals.
- Implement and oversee logistics technology systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior logistics staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Drive initiatives for sustainability and process automation within the logistics function.

What We Are Looking For:

- At least bachelor’s degree in commerce, or other related fields.
- At least 7 years of Experience in logistics and operation
- Fluent in English.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs, and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in logistics software.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
